Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby rodinného domu s ateliérem, situovaného ve Slezské Ostravě na ulici Michálkovická. Navrhovaný objekt je řešen jako částečně podsklepený, třípodlažní rodinný dům zasazený do svažitého terénu. Hmotové a dispoziční řešení vychází z charakteru daného území a reaguje na konfiguraci pozemku. Dokumentace je zpracována v rozsahu dokumentace pro provedení stavby dle platné legislativy. Součástí návrhu je také řešení vybraných konstrukčních detailů a technických vazeb jednotlivých částí objektu. Architektonické řešení vychází z principů minimalistického navrhování s důrazem na výškové a geometrické řešení objektu, ze kterého vychází celkový koncept stavby.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house with a studio, located in Slezská Ostrava on Michálkovická Street. The proposed building is designed as a partially basemented, three-storey house set within a sloping terrain. The spatial and functional layout is based on the character of the surrounding area and responds to the configuration of the site. The documentation is developed at the level of detailed design documentation in accordance with applicable legislation. The project also includes selected structural details and technical connections between individual parts of the building. The architectural concept is based on principles of minimalist design, with an emphasis on the height and geometric composition of the structure, which define the overall concept of the building.
