Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to develop a business plan for small businesses in connection with its specifics. The theoretical and methodological part focuses on general characteristics of small and medium businesses, the issue of self-employment and the requisities and structure of the business plan. The practical part concentrates on assembling a business plan for a particular small business, which focuses on the catering activity. The last part is devoted to conclusions and recommendations that may assist in further developing the business.
