Studium vlivu Cr(III) na stanovení Cr(VI) sorbovaného pomocí borovicových šišek (Pinus sylvestris)

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je studium vlivu Cr(III) na stanovení Cr(VI) sorbovaného pomocí šišek borovice lesní (Pinus sylvestris). Teoretická část se zabývá současným stavem řešené problematiky, charakteristikou chromu, procesu biosorpce a zvoleného sorbentu. Experimentální část se věnuje ověření reprodukovatelnosti metody stanovení biosorpce Cr(VI) na šiškách a vlivu Cr(III) na stanovení Cr(VI) při použití srážení Cr(III).

The topic of this thesis is to study on the Effect of Cr(III) on the Determination of Cr(VI) Using Pine Cones (Pinus sylvestris) as a Biosorbent. Theoretical part deal with present state of solving problematic, characteristic of chromium, description of biosorption process and biosorbent. The experimental part deals with methods for verifying the reproducibility biosorption of Cr(VI) on the cones and the influence of Cr(III) the determination of Cr(VI) using precipitation of Cr(III).
