Návrh rozšíření algoritmu práce operátorů krajských operačních a informačních středisek HZS krajů

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to extend the algorithm for taking of emergency calls at the Fire and Rescue Services of the Czech Republic, concerning the provision of professional advice for callers, that is assist help. The special scenarios of selected exceptional events are elaborated here, so that the operator would be able to professionally inform and instruct the callers. The next suggestion is to implement these materials to professional preparation.
