Abstract
This thesis deals with the architecture of AVR microcontrollers and the possibilities of how this family of microcontrollers program. Discusses the design and implementation of development board, which simulates the embeded control system which will perform remote firmware updates.
At first libraries are created in Eagle program which is used to drae schematic and PCB development board. Criteria for the design are given in the previous solution analysis. Also a software to simply set peripherals and MCU is created. Peripherals settings is imported into AVR Studio development environment and firmaware is created. The update itself is using AVR Studio, HW VSP3 and hardware module NanoSocketLAN and JTAG programmer.
