Abstract
The Master thesis Strategic Analysis of a Small Enterprise Operating in an Agricultural Sector addresses the complex evaluation of the Enterprise Zetaspol, s.r.o. using the Strategic analysis. Both internal and external analyses are applied on the enterprise, namely the PEST analysis, Sector analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis and Financial analysis. Based on the partial results obtained from all the analyses, the complex assessment of the enterprise is carried out using the SWOT analysis which is later on used as a basis for the recommended strategy.
