Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to create a proposal to expand the product range for the existing product line in the manufacturing company. The introduction of a new product is implemented by project management. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts and methods for project management. The following is a description and analysis of the production range of a manufacturing company. In the application part, there is compiled a project of expanding the product range to the sock goods market and project management methods are used. Finally, suggestions and recommendations are presented and the results are summarized.
