Monitorovací jednotka provozních veličin

Abstract

The task of this thesis is to design a functional monitoring unit that can be used in Formula SAE/Student. The unit scans operating parameters as deflection of control arm, speed of vehicle and acceleration. In bachelor research, I am dealing with ways of shooting operating parameters, because this information is basic for choice of a microprocessor. So, after determination of these ways, I have chosen a single-chip microprocessor, which is a heart of the unit. Microprocessor captures analog / digital values and those primarily stores to the SD memory card. After storing, data are ready to be load by user in a support environment. The software or environment is called LabView, developed by a National Instruments company. Through this, user can easily manipulate with functions as reading from SD memory card or with configuration of shooting. Data transfer from SD memory card is realized via serial port communication.
