Mezigenerační komparace využívání finančních produktů v praxi

Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the intergenerational comparison of the use of financial products in practice, focused specifically on generations X, Y and Z. In the first part of the diploma thesis are presented methods of data collection and subsequently the methodologies that were used in this diploma thesis. Next, financial products, their meaning and structure are described. The following is a description of the generations and their differences. In the chapter of the presentation of the company is presented a company in whose cooperation the diploma thesis is created, including a comparison of the entire financial market with this particular company for 2018. The sixth chapter describes the analysis of consumer behavior in the area examined, which was found in the questionnaire survey, which is subsequently I compare it with real company data. In conclusion, the analysis, suggestions and recommendations for financial advisors, which should contribute to a wider and better offer of services to clients according to the needs of individual generations.
