Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current system of the evaluation of employees in Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. and to give suggestions on its improvement. The first part of the thesis includes thereotical solutions regarding the evalulation of employees. Basic terms in human resources are explained, however, the larger part of the chapter deals with the evaluation of the employees. The second part, which is the practical part of the thesis, focuses on the current evaluation system in the company. A questionnaire was used for the analysis. Based on relevant literature, internal docuents of the company, regulations, discussion with the HR specialist and the aforementioned questionnaire, the final suggestions for improving the evaluation system in the company were made.
