Projekt využití brownfields (bývalá kasárna v Bělském lese) na území městské části Ostrava - Jih

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with revitalization of brownfields , Former Barracks in the Bělský les, in the city of Ostrava Jih. Selected project is the construction of a traffic playground. First part focuses on the definition of brownfields and their legislation in the Czech republic and European Union. The next part describes the construction of the traffic playground. The last part is about economic evaluation of the whole project and selection of funds. The objective of the project is revitalization of the existing building with new use of the general schema_dspacedb.
