Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis addresses the issue of employee motivation and remuneration in a selected company, referred to as Company XY. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the motivational and remuneration system, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and propose measures that could contribute to increasing employee job satisfaction and motivation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge of motivation, describes the main motivational theories, and outlines different approaches to remuneration and employee benefits. This section also includes a description of the chosen research method. The practical part presents the examined company and also processes the results of the questionnaire survey, based on which a SWOT analysis is conducted. The outcome of the thesis is a set of specific proposals and recommendations that can serve as a foundation for improving the motivation and remuneration system in the company.
