Analýza struktury zásob

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza struktury zásob, která zobrazuje jejich roli, náklady s nimi spojené, dále dopad na podnik, a přijatelné metody optimalizace řízení. Zásoby jsou v současném složitém tržním prostředí zásadním faktorem, který ovlivňuje konkurenceschopnost každé firmy. V úvodu mé bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala vysvětlením základních teoretických východisek o metodách klasifikace zásob, které budu demonstrovat na příkladech. Nadále jsem se zaměřila na kategorizaci dostupných metod klasifikace. Definuji, pro které jednotlivé typy je možné dané metody použít, a specifikuji možnosti využití v hutní výrobě.

The aim of my thesis is the analysis of the inventory structure that shows the role of inventory, the costs associated with them, as well as the impact on the company, and acceptable methods of optimizing inventory management. Inventories represent a crucial factor affecting the competitiveness of each company in the current difficult market environment. At the beginning of my thesis I deal with explanations of basic theoretical background of the methods classification of inventory, which I'll demonstrate with examples. I remain focused on the categorization of the available methods for the classification of stocks. I also define for which types of inventory can be the each method used, and specify the options used in steel production.
