Možnost využití kapalných produktů z pyrolýzy černého uhlí ve flotačním procesu

Abstract

With decreasing supplies of fossil fuels and their increasing consumption, it is essential to minimize the losses during mining and processing, while taking into account the economy of this issue. The flotation is inseparably linked with processing of hard coal. Modernization of technologies, development and research on the new efficient flotation reagents are necessary for optimization of economic and environmental aspects of this useful process. This thesis deals with the research in the field of flotation of hard coal and possibilities of utilization of the new combinations of known, functional, industrially used flotation reagents Montanol and pyrolysis based flotation reagents which have not been studied yet. The aim of this thesis is to obtain the hard coal concentrate with the less than 10 % content of ash and to decrease the consumption of the current expensive flotation reagents by combining them with pyrolysis oils.
