Analýza daňových povinností vztahujících se na vývoz technologie včetně montáže do Pákistánu

Abstract

Abstract My thesis is an analysis of tax obligations relating to the export of technologies including installation into Pakistan. Theoretical part explains problems of taxes in the Czech Republic and Pakistan. Practical part describes the subject and structure of delivery, the timetable/schedule of realization, the purpose of participation of companies EGAP, ČEB, and Bureau Veritas in project realization, what kind of liabilities could occur in connection with Pakistani taxes. Furthermore the evaluation of advantages by using a free zone area, evaluation of costs and revenues and evaluation of tax and fiscal impacts to the exporter.
