Abstract

The goal of this Bachelor thesis was to set up a fictive Limited Company and to prepare its applicable business plan. The results of the thesis could be used as a guideline for a beginning entrepreneur and the necessities. Theoretical part contains an import of small and medium companies, a definition of the Limited Company, its characteristics and necessities for setting up of a business. Information was found in legislation, specialized literature and servers focused on entrepreneurship. In practical part there were necessary documents for setting up a company filled and there was a business plan written. A fictive Limited Company called Intermezzo was set up and it is focused on coffee and tea selling and cafe/teahouse operation.
