Fundamentální analýza akcií společnosti UNIPETROL, a. s.

Abstract

Share markets are used to reallocation of money from the investor to companies and thus perform an important role in economic market place. The aim of this thesis is appraisal of UNIPETROL shares as a suitable investment for returning the invested money, by using specific approach of the fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis is a method of evaluating company stock, its statement, health and future development. The theoretical part is described the characteristic of fundamental analysis and its specific approach. First, the practical part is devoted to global analysis and industry analysis. The next part deals with the corporate fundamental analysis, determining the intrinsic value of share of UNIPETROL, a. s., the sensitivity analysis of stocks and SWOT analysis. At the end, there is investment recommendation to buy, to hold or to sell shares of UNIPETROL, a. s., based on previous applied specific approach of the fundamental analysis.
