Stanovení hodnoty podniku ze zpracovatelského průmyslu s využitím výnosových metod

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to establish the market value of the company by yield methods - a two-phased discounted cash flow method DCF-Entity and two-phased method of economic value added EVA-Entity. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction and the sixth chapter is a conclusion. The second chapter concerns the methodology of company evaluation. It explains basic terms related to evaluation, description of the process of company evaluation, the methods of determining the cost of capital, the methods of evaluation of company and the last is explained sensitivity analysis. The next chapter characterizes company ALFA IN, a. s. and implement strategic and financial analysis, SWOT analysis, separation of assets and financial plan of company. There are capital costs determined in the fourth chapter, NOA and NOPAT are calculated and a company evaluation by mentioned methods is determined. Sensitivity analysis and final appraisal results are in the last chapter.
