Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis of customers in company Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. which has a rich history and is one of the leading suppliers in automotive industry. The project deals with the composition of the customer portfolio and the detection of profit of all customers for the company. ABC analysis has been carried out and based on this analysis a distribution of customers to the groups A, B, C according to the rate of profit has been provided.
