Polyfunkční dům v lokalitě Pražského předměstí ve Vysokém Mýtě

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop a typological study of a multifunctional building in an undeveloped locality in a city district “Pražské předměstí” in Vysoké Mýto. The study deals not only with a project of the multifunctional building, but with its connection to the existing housing development and to the technical and transport infrastructure, arrangement of the outside parking spaces and urban greening of the undeveloped areas and creating a relaxing park area as well. Housing part is designed for small, council flats that can be subsidy by state. Some of the flats are designed for a barrier-free use. The barrier-free design is also used for the part of the multifunctional building open to the public and for the access area.
