Abstract
This thesis deals with public law contracts of the viewpoint in a practice of regional self-government administrative units. The work also deals with both material-law modifications and civil-law agreements. The objective of the bachelor´s thesis is to outline the basic characteristics of public law contracts and their function, to map their existing application in practice of municipalities and regions.
