Možnosti identifikace prvků, jejichž narušení by mělo závažný dopad na lokální infrastrukturu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá kritickou infrastrukturou na lokální úrovni. V teoretické části je popsána kritická infrastruktura a její ochrana. Obsahuje také přehled právních norem, které byly důvodem pro její zahrnutí do oblasti krizového řízení. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu metodiky pro identifikaci prvků, které při narušení mohou ovlivnit kritickou infrastrukturu na lokální úrovni. Tato metodika je zároveň aplikována na ORP Zlín.

This thesis deals with the critical infrastructure at the local level. The theoretical part describes the critical infrastructure and its protection. It also includes a summary of the legal standards that were the reason for its inclusion in the field of crisis management. The practical part deals with the design methodology for the identification of elements that the disruption could affect critical infrastructure at the local level. This methodology is also applied to the district Zlín.
