Emailové statistiky a analýzy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a implementovat jednoduchý nástroj pro zpracování e-mailové komunikace pomocí Gmail API. Nástroj umožní přístup k uživatelově e-mailové schránce a jeho zprávám, což umožní provádět různé statistiky a analýzy s cílem vyhodnotit e-mailovou aktivitu uživatele. V úvodní části práce jsou analyzovány aktuální trendy v oblasti e-mailové komunikace a je představeno Gmail API. Dále práce popisuje procesy návrhu a vývoje aplikace, přičemž jsou využity technologie jako .NET pro backend a React společně s D3.js pro frontend, což zajišťuje vysokou míru interaktivity a vizuální atraktivitu. Sekce implementace pak detailně popisuje výzvy, kterým bylo čelěno během vývoje, zejména v oblastech správy dat a komunikace s Google službami.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement a simple tool for processing email communication using the Gmail API. The tool will allow access to the user's email inbox and his/her messages, allowing various statistics and analyses to be performed in order to evaluate the user's email activity. In the initial part of the paper, the current trends in email communication are analyzed and the Gmail API is introduced. Furthermore, the thesis describes the design and development processes of the application, using technologies such as .NET for the backend and React along with D3.js for the frontend, ensuring a high level of interactivity and visual appeal. The implementation section then details the challenges faced during development, particularly in the areas of data management and communication with Google services.
