Abstract

Diploma thesis title: Analysis of job satisfaction of primary school staff Author of the diploma thesis: Bc. Kateřina Čaverová My diploma thesis is devoted to the primary school Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí. I deal with the survey of the level of job satisfaction of employees in this organization. The point of my thesis is to focus on the job satisfaction level of the employees of the elementary school and then to analyze the information obtained, to make suggestions and recommendations for improvement or change the present state. Prepared proposals and recommendations will then be discussed with the management of the organization. The goal of this thesis is to find out the current level of job satisfaction of the employees at the elementary school in Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí based on the survey of the selected sample of respondents of this school. The thesis is divided into three thematic parts. The first part is devoted to the theory of job satisfaction. For the purpose of defining the theoretical basis, professional literature is used as well as appropriate professional sources. The second part includes methods that were used within the questionnaire survey and interviews. There is also introduced the organization in which the investigation took place. The third part can be described as crucial, since there is the presentation of the gained results, stating the proper conclusions and formulation of recommendations, which should assist to streamline the activities of the organization on basis of the discovered level of job satisfaction of employees.
