Návrh strategie pro řízení inovací v automotive

Abstract

This thesis focuses on designing an innovation management strategy for LED projector modules of automotive headlights. The aim of the work was to create a comprehensive strategic plan that would enable Uno Minda to increase its competitiveness and successfully enter the projector module market. The thesis includes an analysis of internal and external factors influencing the company’s innovation potential, a financial analysis of key indicators, and a Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis. Based on the results, key weaknesses and development opportunities were identified, with an emphasis on increasing investments in research and development (R&D), strengthening project management, and optimizing new product design processes. The resulting strategic plan is structured according to the AFI model (Analyze–Formulate–Implement) and contains specific recommendations in the areas of technological development, competence building, and customer requirements management. The contribution of this thesis lies in the proposal of a practically applicable strategy aligned with current trends in automotive lighting and supporting sustainable innovation in the dynamic environment of both the Indian and global markets.
