Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is „Establishment of construction enterprise in present economic conditions“ is characteristic of the current proces and the problems encountered in the establishment of small and medium-sized construction firms, as a limited liability company. The first part introduces the reader to the basic information a company. The second part deals with the process of starting a business and the beginning of it´s activities, including legislative conditions. Then it describes the process of obtaining contracts. In the last section presents the corporate administration, marketing in the construction and promotion of the company. The conclusion concains, the assessment of the problems and warnings related problems.
