Optimalizace skladových zásob ve společnosti Koito Czech s.r.o.

Abstract

The target of this bachelor is study of stock amount in KCZ company. There are 115 suppliers at this moment, they supply many kinds of material (e.g. plastics, metals, electronic components, bulbs, etc.) In first part was documented information about the company KCZ itself, the ways of ordering thought the intranet system and the process of incoming parts acceptation. In the next part of bachelor you can find the explanation and the detail information about deliveries to the company. There are chosen the suppliers with the highest amount of delivered components and with the highest financial and stock burden for KCZ too. The final result of this bachelor is the comparison between the current status of components deliveries to the company, which are set up between company and suppliers at this moment, and checked status which I show in this bachelor. The checked status will have the impact to the degreasing of stock places capacities and also to the degreasing of the financial burden of the company.
