Návrh karty na trhu kongresové a incentivní turistiky pro město Ostrava

Abstract

Diplomová práce v teoreticko-metodologické části charakterizuje kongresový cestovní ruch, klasifikuje akce, materiálně-technické podmínky nutné pro rozvoj kongresového cestovního ruchu a organizaci kongresových akcí. Aplikační část se věnuje postavení kongresového cestovního ruchu v Ostravě ve srovnání s dvěma českými a třemi zahraničními městy. V praktické části je analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření zahraničních a českých kongresových turistů a následné návrhy kongresové karty na trhu kongresové a incentivní turistiky pro město Ostrava.

In theoretical and methodological part this Master´s thesis characterizes congress tourism, including classifying the events, and material and technical conditions which are necessary to develop congress tourism, and the organization of conference events. The applied part is about the position of congress tourism in Ostrava compared with two other Czech and three foreign cities. The practical part is an analysis of the results of a survey with Czech and foreign respondents (congress tourists) and the subsequent designing of a Card for the Convention and Incentive Tourism Market for the city of Ostrava.
