Aplikace statistické regulace procesu u výrobce dveří

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením statistické regulace procesu u výrobce dveří. První část diplomové práce je soustředěna na teoretická východiska a charakteristiku výrobního procesu. Praktickou část tvoří analýza současného stavu, je provedena analýza systému měření pro parametry délky profilů. V poslední části jsou náměty ke zlepšení a návrh regulačního diagramu.

This thesis deals with implementation of statistical process control at the manufacturer of the door. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of the problem and characteristic of the production process. The practical part is an analysis of the current state, it contains the analysis of measurement system of profile length. In the last part are the subjects of the improvement and proposal of the control chart.
