Negativní jevy ovlivňující současné sportovní prostředí

Abstract

This thesis concerns with the topic of the contemporary negative occurrences influencing the sports environment. The thesis mentions the specific negative occurences such as doping, sports‘ spectators and aggresion, corruption and mainly the influence of the current coronavirus pandemic on the sports environment. This influence is examined from two points of view in this thesis. The questionnaire research provides information from the point of view of the sportsmen/women. Interview with a specific sports club representative provides findings about influence of the pandemic on the functioning of the sports club. The club characteristics provides interesting results from financial analysis and promotion analysis, finalized with overall SWOT analysis. The objective of the thesis was to find out how the current situation, caused by COVID-19 infection, manifested in the sports environment.
