Abstract

The present text is a thesis on "Economic Aspects of the selection choicen quality management tools." In the first part is an analysis of current approaches to solving the cost of quality. The second part is devoted to research of organizations approach to evaluating the economic aspects of quality management tools. In the third part are presented the facts that influence the determination of the costs of different tools of quality management. The last three chapters are devoted to specific tools of quality management – control chart. The first of them describes the development of economic models, which stands on the principles of Duncan model. The second is devoted to the determining of the costs in choosing the different parameters for the using control chart. The last part is devoted to the practical validation of the economic model.
