Abstract
This thesis is pursuing identification of strenghts and weaknesses of a selected company- pizzeria. A strategic analysis was performed by using methods such as PEST, 4C, Porter's five forces, impact matrix, financial analysis, 7S, SWOT and more. Because of detailed analysis of competition,suppliers and employees it was possible to identify strenghts and weaknesses of this company. Furthermore analysis determined suggestions on how to successfully achieve better goals. Thesis provides some suggestions how to remove their weaknesses or at least moderate them.
