Zpracování metodiky ekonomického auditu dodavatelů

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the methodology of economic supplier audit which is created for the company BORCAD cz, Ltd. This methodology is suggested with regards to requirements and needs of the company. Firstly there is accomplished evaluation of the economic health of four supplier companies. After the evaluation there is suggested with which of these suppliers it will be useful to cooperate further and with which the company would rather end the cooperation. The methodology is created in MS Excel. This file consists of several pages which are connected throughout by mathematical formulas. By means of these formulas there are done calculations of ratio indicators such as profitability, activity, stability and Altman's Z-score.
