Abstract
The diploma thesis "Analysis of the Strategy of Human Resources Management in a Selected Company" focuses on the analysis of the current status of the Human Resource management in the selected company with the aim to evaluate the potential areas of Human Resource management that can be made more effective.
In the first part of the work, the theoretical view of the experts on the investigated issue is presented. The theory debates approaches to Human Resource management, relationship between Human Resource management strategy and business management strategy, human resource management models, the specifics of the IT environment from the point of view of personnel management, and the relationship between Human Resource management and the generational changes. The analytical part of the work contains a description of the company and the methods used for analysis. PESTE analysis, industry analysis and competitor analysis were used to analyze the external environment. The internal analysis includes a financial analysis, an analysis of the personnel structure, an analysis of documents, an interview with company representatives and a questionnaire targeted at the generation Z. The information is summarized in a SWOT analysis for a final evaluation. The last part of the work includes a list of suggestions for improvement and recommendations for the company representatives.
