Vliv území na zdolávání mimořádných událostí

Abstract

The thesis describes the way in which extraordinary events and surface coverage of basic units of integrated rescue system influence the territory. It clarifies the preparation of the territory for the extraordinary events within the territorial development and security management. We can find there the description of the influences of geography, meteorology and time factor. The last part of the thesis examines the operative situation of the fire brigade of Zlín district. Thanks to this analysis we can gain overview of the forces and tools accessible in this district. Further it brings in a short characteristic of Zlín district with the risk analysis. At the end of the Thesis there are some chosen analysis implemented which inspect the effects of the territory on the function of the fire brigade intervention in the extraordinary event.
