Abstract
The object of this bachelor’s work is finding the possibilities of the increasing the competitiveness at the mattress overlay material market. First chapter includes the company and market characterization. Second chapter is about the specification conceptions of competition. It defines business market (B2B), competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage, customer’s satisfaction and process of purchase determination. Third and fourth chapters deal with the market research and its results. Closing chapter includes the suggestions and the recommendations for company to achieving better position at the market.
