Koncept cvičení orgánu krizového řízení - blackout

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with an issue of local blackout in Bohumín and following steps of crisis management and resolving the situation. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part is the theoretic part where are terms like blackout and exercise of CMA explained. Second part is focused on creating the training concept of a CMA after disruption electricity supply on area of ORP Bohumín. The last part is scenario of possible training on the issue of disruption electricity supply on area of ORP Bohumín.
