Abstract

This dissertation focuses on the impact of selected components of buildings on the airtightness of buildings based on natural materials. The aim is to find out what affects the design of the building on the quality of the indoor environment. By the method of in-situ 34 houses based on natural materials, built in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic since 2007, were measured. The dissertation is divided into three key parts. The first part is devoted to an extensive analysis of the current status of the issue in the Czech Republic and abroad. There is also carried out diligent theoretical analysis of the issue. The second part describes the sample - measured objects. Justifies the choice of the concrete structural systems. Measured objects are located in different climatic regions (within the Czech and Slovak Republic). All objects conform to the requirements of ČSN 73 0540 [20] and in terms of energy performance fall within to categories A, B, or C according to regulation No. 148/2007 Sb. [22]. The last part was devoted to dutiful evaluation of parameters obtained from measurements. Statistical evaluate of the measured data was also performed.
