Abstract
The subject of this thesis is electronization of public administration and comparison of its level in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Austria. The theoretical part deals with basic aspects of eGovernment in this two selected countries, especially the issue of basic terms, principles and methods of applying eGovernment. The content of the practical part is to evaluate of the level of electronic public services and the implementation of eGovernment by this selected countries by presenting the results of measurements carried out by international benchmarking measurement.
