Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis deals with a design of a family house on the plot number 496/9, the cadastral area of Bobrovníky, a part of the town Hlučín. The design of the family house is based on a project which was prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba I. and a documentation for the building permit was prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va. The purpose of the project was to design the family house for an engineer and his family. The building will be detached house, no basement, two floors. The specializacion - the architectural detail of a floating staircase is included in the drawing documentation.

This bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The first part - the text part deals with a data accompanying report, situational drawings, technical, technological equipments and a documentation of the object. To the extent assigned by the bachelor's thesis, the second part is processed - the drawing part. It contains a documentation for the construction, a visualization of the building, the architectural design of the staircase.

The bachelor's thesis is prepared up to the level of a documentation for building constructions according to the Building Act number 183/2006 of the Collection, Decree number 499/2006 of the Collection, About the documentation of constructions, as amended.
