Abstract

This diploma thesis describes an industrial enterprise, defines a claim the legal, accounting and tax perspective. Also presents the legislation of the executor office with an emphasis on the Act No. 120/2001 Coll., on Court Executors and Execution Activities (Enforcement Procedure) and activity executor office Ostrava of Mgr. Pavla Fučíková. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and propose solutions receivables industrial enterprise, analyse and to describe the activity of the executor office Ostrava of Mgr. Pavla Fučíková, evaluate the success and findings of enforcement cases in the period 2009-2011. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the claims and regulation of execution proceedings. The practical part is focused on ways of dealing with claims for industrial activity on the executor office Ostrava of Mgr. Pavla Fučíková and the evaluation of chosen decisions in enforcement proceedings, the success of implemented enforcement procedures and establish the facts of enforcement cases for the period 2009-2011.
