Řízení nákladů v podniku Česká pošta, s.p.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Řízení nákladů v podniku Česká pošta, s. p.“ je analýza podniku jak z pohledu managementu, tak z pohledu řízení nákladů. V první části je práce zaměřena na obecné postupy a charakteristiky strategické analýzy a členění nákladů podniku. V praktické části jsou postupy analýzy následně aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. V závěru práce jsou popsány závěry analýzy a konkretizována doporučení pro daný podnik, která vedou k vyčíslené úspoře nákladů a k využití nalezené konkurenční výhody.

The subject of the thesis „Managing costs in Česká pošta, s. p.“ is an analyze of the company from a perspective of both the business management and the cost management. The first part of the thesis is focused on general methods and characteristics of the strategic analysis and the company costs breakdown. Consequently, the methods of the analyzis are applied for the specific company in the practical part. In the end of the thesis there is a conclusion of the analyze including recommendations for the company leading to the predicted cost savings and utilization of the identified competitive advantage.
