Abstract
The aim of the thesis is propose key performance indicators for engineering company.
In the theoretical part, basic terms are explained, proces and methods for introduction key performance indicators are presented.
In the practical part the steps as defined in the theoretical part are applied. The aim is to analyze te current situation and propose appropriate key performance indicators.
