Abstract
The bachelor's thesis "Evaluation of human resources management in a selected organization" deals with the analysis of employee security at the Prostějov Municipality. The first part is aimed at the theoretical aspects of human resources in the field of personnel work and personnel activities. In the second, practical part, the applicability of the process of individual personnel activities in the selected organization is shown. The practical part therefore includes the analysis of the current state, the results of the questionnaire survey, hypotheses testing and suggestions for improving the current state in the organization.
