Principy trvale udržitelného rozvoje v zemědělské praxi

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá udržitelnými formami zemědělství a jejich souladem s principy trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Úvod do problematiky představují teoretické kapitoly popisující všeobecné poměry v zemědělství v České republice i v Evropské unii, vliv konvenčních zemědělských postupů na přírodu, krajinu a lidské zdraví, jejich negativní dopady na složky životního prostředí, a především udržitelné způsoby a postupy v zemědělství, které minimalizují tyto negativní dopady. Z hlediska udržitelného zemědělství se práce věnuje hlavně ekologickému zemědělství a agroenvironmentálně-klimatickým opatřením. Na teoretickou část navazuje část analytická, která posuzuje stav zemědělství ve Zlínském kraji z hlediska jeho udržitelnosti.

This master thesis focuses on sustainable forms of agriculture and their alignment with the principles of sustainable development. The introduction to the topic consists of theoretical chapters that describe the general conditions in agriculture in the Czech Republic and the European Union, the impact of conventional industrial agricultural practices on nature, landscapes, and human health, their negative effects on environmental components, and, above all, sustainable methods and practices in agriculture that minimize these negative impacts. From the perspective of sustainable agriculture, the thesis mainly addresses organic farming and agro-environmental and climate-related measures. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical section, which assesses the state of agriculture in the Zlín Region in terms of its sustainability.
