Informační systém pro firmu Star Communications

Abstract

Firma Star Communications a.s. se stala oficiálním partnerem společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic pro distribuci předplacených služeb. Prozatím měla informační systém, který umožňoval pouze statické procházení stránek. S přibývajícím počtem partnerů vzrůstá i nutnost jejich spravování a organizování. Dále firma potřebuje umožnit distribuci produktů na internetu a on-line nakupování. Výše zmíněné potřeby vedly k nutnosti vytvořit informační systém, který bude efektivní, umožní on-line registraci parterů, spravování uživatelů a provozoven, nakupování zboží přes e-shop a CRM systém pro komplexní řízení.

Company Star Communications corp became an official partner of Vodafone Czech Republic for the distribution of prepaid services. For now had an information system that allowed only static browsing. With increasing number of partners has also increased the need for the administration and organization. The company also needs to allow the distribution of products on the Internet and on-line shopping. The above mentioned needs have led to establish an information system that is efficient, allowing on-line registration partners, manage users and offices, purchasing goods via the e-shop and CRM system for comprehensive management.
