Řešení požadavku na zvýšení Service Level ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

This thesis focuses on analyzing current level of production planning and controlling in KES – kabelové a elektrické svazky, s.r.o. company. The aim of this thesis is to recommend steps, which when implemented will lead to improved production controlling effectiveness. In this context, the improvement particularly stands for reaching higher Service Level values, which represent certain level of services provided to customer. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on clarification of basic logistical concepts, the description of logistical processes and logistical activities taking place in companies. The practical part of this thesis is based on up-to-date information and data obtained from the company and incorporates evaluation of this data. The recommendations, which lead to achieving goal of this theses, are based on this evaluation.
