Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the determination of company’s value. The aim is to determine the value of concrete company by using selected methods of valuation. The theory related to the chosen issues is defined in the introductory parts. Then is described characteristic of the selected company for which will be valuation subsequently carried out. Finally will be proposed recommendation for company value increasing.
