Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to Inventory management in the Enterprise. The bachelor thesis was handled in the enterprise TOP WOOD Windows, which is part of a Window Holding a.s. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design optimization inventory management system, which would achieve the savings. In the first part of the bachelor thesis are clarified theoretical knowledge and concepts. In the next section is characterized by the enterprise itself. Practical part of bachelor thesis includes elaborated analysis of the ABC, where it was to split inventory items into groups A, B and C according to their share on the value of the annual consumption. Using the results of the ABC analysis and corporate documents to draft a new ordering system and the creation of insurance supplies.
