Abstract

In the elaborate you will find a draft of intensification of production in the southwestern part of mine Bílina. The first part contains characteristics of the area concerned, especially in relation to the history of mining and hydrogeology of the assessed location. The next part describes geomechanical properties of soils in relation to slope stability related to the mine progression. The third section describes, specifies and solves geotechnical and mining risks, including proposals to minimize them and related construction and administrative activities for the possible intensification of production. The last section evaluates the intensification in terms of mining and economic aspect.
